Property managers earn revenue by adding a property manager markup on the benefits included in Beagle’s Renters Kit. Additionally, they generate revenue from the liability waiver fees included in the program, which provide reimbursements alongside bew profits.

Do property managers take on any insurance underwriting risk?

No.

Does Beagle provide renters insurance?

No. Beagle does not provide renters insurance to tenants.

Beagle's helps property managers offer waivers to tenants for certain obligations imposed on tenant under the lease. Combined with our insurance verification tools, we've seen that this keeps damage away from each and every one of the property manager's units.

How much will it cost to launch a program through Beagle?

There is no upfront cost to launch a program through Beagle. Property managers can enroll their properties and start offering Beagle’s Renters Kit to tenants without any setup fees. You only pay us the cost of the benefits once you charge your tenants.

Are there any long term contracts or commitments?

No, there are no long-term contracts or commitments. Property managers can adjust or cancel their participation at any time. We earn your business every day.

Who provides the benefits?

Benefits and reimbursements are provided through Beagle's Association (RPM Association).

Tenant Experience

What is the tenant experience like?

Tenants will opt into your programs directly on the lease. We will help you create a white labeled page for your resident benefits program that your tenants can access.

Is Beagle’s Your Renters Kit required for tenants?

Property managers decide whether to require Beagle’s Renters Kit for their tenants. Some property managers offered as an optional package that tenants can opt into for added benefits, while others make it a mandatory amenity.

AI / Technology

How do the AI tools work?

Beagle’s AI tools help reduce administrative workload and improve efficiency. We integrate directly into your system and automatically contact tenants as needed. They are included for all of our partners free of charge.

How do I set up AI late rent calls?

You can set this up directly through your portal. Our team will help you integrate into your property management system, and automatically call tenants who are late on rent. You will receive the call details afterwards, as well as any necessary action items.
